The commission under this program is a flat fee of $3,995 for properties listed up to $400,000 (paid only upon a successful closing).
For properties listed between $400,000 and $499,999 the commission is $4,995; between $500,000 and $599,999 the commission is $5,995 and so on.

Are There Any Up-Front Fees or Hidden Charges?
Answer: NO! You pay if we sell your home. If we don't sell your home, you owe NOTHING!
How Can You Charge So Much Less?

Does My Property Get Listed in MLS?
Answer: You have the option of placing your property in the local MLS through Assist-2-Sell's "MLS for Less"® program. Please call for more information on our MLS commission structure.
Does Assist-2-Sell Show My Home To Buyers?
Answer: YES! We have licensed agents available every day ready to show your home to interested buyers.
Do Other Agents Show My Home?
Answer: YES! We cooperate with all real estate professionals. Agents from other offices frequently show and sell Assist-2-Sell listings.
How Do I Know What My Home Is Worth?
Answer: We help you! We compare your home to all recently sold homes, listings that have expired as well as all current competition presently on the market. This will assist us as a team in determining the correct price for your home. We also review sales for the past year or so to compare market times and selling prices.
